Jonathan Cunningham – Principal
Jonathan has over 25 years experience in sales and capital markets origination. He recently retired from Jefferies & Company where he served 15 years on the firm’s Executive Committee and 18 years managing its Convertible Securities division. During his tenure, Jefferies grew from a niche 3rd market trading platform with $145 million in sales and 200 employees to a full-fledged investment bank with more than 2,500 employees and over $2 billion in annual revenues. As head of the convertible division, Jonathan oversaw sales, trading, capital markets and banking.He was directly involved with the structuring, placement and trading of numerous equity, equity-linked and debt transactions totaling billions of dollars in value. Prior to Jefferies, Jonathan was head of equity and derivatives trading at Commonwealth Edison in Chicago. Jonathan was recently elected to a 3rd term as a Trustee for the Village of Pleasantville, NY where he has also served as Deputy Mayor. He holds an MBA in International Finance from the University of Chicago and a BA in Economics from Kalamazoo College.
David Pritchard – Principal
David has over 18 years experience in institutional sales and capital markets origination/ execution. He was co-head of Equity Capital Markets at CIBC World Markets in New York with primary responsibility for the origination, structuring and execution of equity and equity-linked transactions. Prior to that he spent 10 years at Jefferies & Company, initially as an institutional salesman, then as Managing Director/Head of Convertible Securities Origination. He worked in Equity Capital Markets at Bear Stearns and at the Parallax Group, a quantitative research/sales boutique.
